Welcome to community yoga in Dunvant, Swansea. Beginner-friendly classes, with plenty of modifications to support your practice — whether you’re just starting out or ready to build and explore. We offer community tiered pricing to make yoga more accessible, so everyone can enjoy moving, breathing, and growing together. .
To further support our community, chair yoga classes will be offered for a limited time free of charge from December 4th 2025. These classes are funded by Swansea Council as part of the Winter Wellbeing Incentive. Limited places are available, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Update October 19th 2025 :This class is now fully booked. Please get in touch to add your name to the waiting list. A new course will be starting in March 2025.

Yoga Classes
Beginners 1 Hour
1 Hour Beginners Yoga Class

Sundays 9.00am- 10.00am (from November 2nd 2025)
Step onto your mat and begin your yoga journey with ease and confidence. Our Beginner Yoga class is thoughtfully designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to return to the basics. In a supportive and relaxed environment, you’ll explore the essential building blocks of yoga—breath, movement, and mindfulness—at a pace that allows you to learn, grow, and feel successful in every class.
Each session includes:

Foundational postures (asanas) to improve flexibility, strength, and balance.

Guided breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm the mind and enhance body awareness.

Gentle flows that connect movement with breath, encouraging presence and ease.

Mindful relaxation at the end of class to help you reset and recharge.
You will be provided with clear instructions and modifications for all body types and ability levels. Whether your goal is to increase mobility, reduce stress, or begin a lifelong wellness practice, this class offers a safe and welcoming place to start.
No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open mind, comfortable clothing, a mat and a willingness to explore how good your body can feel. (please get in touch before the class if you don't have a mat and one can be provided).

Hi, I’m Rachel - my greatest joy is sharing yoga with others.
Yoga has been such a grounding and empowering part of my own life, and I believe it should be something everyone can access, no matter their background, income, or ability.
That’s why I offer community tiered pricing — so that cost is never a barrier to stepping onto the mat. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my hope is that you feel welcome, supported, and seen in every class.
I truly believe yoga is for every body — every age, every shape, every level. My aim is to create a warm, inclusive space where you can explore movement, build confidence, and maybe even discover a new passion.
