Meet Your Teacher
Hi, I'm so glad you're here.
I'm a Yoga Alliance Professionals-trained yoga teacher with additional training in Chair Yoga, Children's Seasonal Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. My greatest passion is making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience, flexibility, or fitness level.
For me, yoga is so much more than stretching. It's a way of finding calm in the middle of busy lives, reconnecting with ourselves, and building the resilience we need to navigate everyday challenges with greater patience, confidence, and ease.
Life can often feel overwhelming. Many of us are juggling work, family, responsibilities, endless to-do lists, and the pressure to keep going without ever stopping to recharge. Yoga offers us that pause. It gives us permission to breathe, slow down, and return to ourselves. Over time, the practices we learn on the mat begin to support us beyond the class, helping us regulate emotions, manage stress, and respond to life's ups and downs with greater balance.
I truly believe yoga is one of the most complete forms of movement and self-care. It develops strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, mobility, and relaxation, while nurturing both body and mind. My aim is to create classes that leave you feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected than when you arrived.
Every body is different, and every person's yoga journey is unique. That's why I am passionate about meeting you exactly where you are. Every class offers options and modifications so you can practise in a way that feels right for you, while also providing gentle challenges that help you grow in confidence, strength, and self-belief over time.
Above all, I believe yoga should be welcoming and accessible. I never want cost to be the reason someone misses out on the benefits of yoga, so I strive to keep my classes affordable, with flexible pricing wherever possible. Sometimes, all it takes is one hour on the mat to completely change the course of your week, and I believe everyone deserves access to that opportunity.
Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the very first time, returning after a break, or you've been practising with me for years, you'll always be welcomed with kindness, encouragement, and absolutely no judgement. My hope is that every class feels like a space where you can simply be yourself, move in a way that feels right for your body, and leave feeling calmer, stronger, and more connected than when you arrived.
I can't wait to practise with you.

I can't recommend Rachel enough! Her wonderful, calm nature is perfect and I left the session feeling incredibly relaxed and stretched. She tailored each movement and position to suit all abilities which as a newby I felt really helped. I can't wait for the next session!!

Rachel has such a calm manner and explains everything in a clear and encouraging way. She tailors her class for different levels of experience, offering a range of options as needed. I really enjoyed her class and felt stretched and relaxed afterwards. Thank you, Rachel!
