My Yoga Fix Classes
Movement designed for every body
Join us at Dunvant Community Centre and Swiss Valley Community Hall for gentle, non-competitive community yoga. Every weekly class includes intentional grounding, pranayama, strengthening and balance work, followed by dedicated relaxation.
Modifications are always offered, along with optional progressions for those who would like more challenge. Classes are adapted as we go to suit the abilities and needs of the group, so everyone can practise safely and comfortably at their own level.

Classes for your rhythm
Whether you seek traditional flowing movement or supported chair-based practice, our Dunvant sessions offer a safe, non-competitive space to breathe and land.
